V1 Document Management's DbForm enables the electronic design of business documents, thereby enhancing the default output from ERP and accounting systems. DbForm, which is invisible to the end-user, is extremely flexible and functionally rich, enabling all manner of documents to be created directly from the desktop.

DbForm takes raw data and merges it with document templates, designed and individually formatted for each organization. The resulting document can then be delivered electronically or printed onto a laser printer, using plain A4 paper, to create sophisticated output files without the need for pre-printed and multipart stationery allowing high volume printing.
