V1 Document Management launches Oracle strategy in response to growing demand

V1 Document Management today announces that it is focusing on delivering integrated document management and imaging solutions to Oracle E-Business suite users. This is in response to growing demand for ‘paperless office’ solutions from American organizations using Oracle.

V1 Document Management’s solutions tightly integrate into the Oracle E-Business suite, streamlining the purchase-to-pay process by enabling the electronic imaging and storage of business documents and the automated capture of data from vendor invoices. Using these integrated solutions, users can access imaged business documents such as purchase orders and invoices directly from their Oracle system and circulate documents for electronic approval using Oracle’s workflow. V1 Document Management’s automated data capture software also speeds-up the capture of invoice information, cutting manual data entry by up to 80%.
