V1 Document management’s solutions provide INSYTE customers with end-to-end document management and imaging functionality to fully-automate their business processes including their purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash processes. V1 Document Management’s solutions can also be tightly integrated into organizations’ existing accounting, enterprise resource planning (ERP), human resource (HR) and customer relationship management (CRM) software systems to provide further process automation where required.

Jerry Easterly, President of INSYTE, says, “V1 Document Management provides the breadth and quality of solutions businesses are demanding. There are very few document management authors with end-to-end solutions that can also integrate into organizations’ existing software systems and so the decision to partner with V1 Document Management was a no brainer.”

V1 Document Management’s portfolio includes a data capture solution which uses the latest optical character recognition (OCR) technology for the automated capture of data from inbound documents such as vendor invoices. This technology reduces manual data entry by up to 90%. V1 Document Management’s product suite also includes an imaging system for the electronic storage and retrieval of documents and a workflow system for the automated authorization and circulation of business documents.

Lynne Munns, Vice President of V1 Document Management, says, “We’re delighted to be partnering with INSYTE as the company has considerable knowledge of the USA document management industry as well as over 30 years’ experience of providing businesses with document management solutions.”

Munns adds, “This partnership will enable even more businesses to enjoy the numerous benefits of using our document management solutions including considerable cost and efficiency savings. Our solutions also free-up document storage space, support companies’ environmental policies and aid compliance.”
