Top Access Accounts Reseller Adds Paperless Office Technology to its PortfolioThis new partnership - in response to huge demand from Access Accounts customers for tightly integrated ‘paperless office’ technology - enables Holbrook’s Access Dimensions and Access Supply Chain customers to electronically store, retrieve, deliver and authorize business documents directly from their software system. In addition, customers can now automate the processing of their vendor invoices, reducing manual data entry by up to 80%.

With Version One’s technology, Holbrook’s Access Dimensions and Access Supply Chain customers can replace their costly and arduous paper-based processes with automated procedures for managing their incoming and outgoing business documents (invoices, purchase orders, statements, despatch notes etc.). As well as improving efficiency, Version One’s technology cuts costs, frees-up storage space, reduces paper waste and provides a comprehensive audit trail, aiding compliance.
