Partner Referral Programme

V1 Document Management has a channel partner program which assists partners in developing new business opportunities for integrated document management solutions.

V1 Document Management has been working in close partnership with the resellers and authors of the major accounting, manufacturing and ERP systems for a number of years and now most of the major ERP and accounting software systems include V1 Document Management's document management and imaging functionality.

V1 Document Management’s technology delivers a fast return-on-investment with end-users seeing a payback of typically six months or less.

Revenue Opportunities

V1 Document Management has a Partner Referral Program paying on a sliding scale up to 50 points. V1 Document Management believes in investing in its resellers and will train its resellers to take an increasing role in each sale with the ultimate goal of them becoming certified to sell the solution direct with little or no V1 Document Management involvement.

Lead Generation Programs

V1 Document Management participates in most of the major industry trade shows and software vendor user groups. Any leads from these events will be qualified by V1 Document Management’s in-house telemarketing team before being passed over to the business partner of the customer concerned. From there, V1 Document Management can help in the sales process; liaising with the resellers’ sales and pre-sales teams. V1 Document Management also generates leads from marketing campaigns with a reach of over 20,000 accounting professionals throughout the year.

  • Web-based seminars to resellers’ end users on integrated document management;
  • Direct mail/email campaigns to resellers’ customer bases handled internally by V1 Document Management;
